1 - Download Torrent Software ( exp. http://www.utorrent.com)
2- Install
3- Open Software
4- Menu FILE / Add Torrent From Url / and clik in OK
5- Enjoy

just want to let you know why it's difficult to find.
all demonoid members are responsible for their invitation code. the penalty is harsh, if someone you invite gets banned/warned, you may get banned/warned to.
but usually demonoid is open for public registration every friday or weekend, check the site everyday, you may get lucky.
