Nice real estate listing script. Includes modules for 4 payment processors. Includes 2 templates each with three color schemes, plus corporate identity pack with .PSD source files.

This script is NOT NULLED! There is one file that is encoded. They include the same file with Zend and Ioncube encodings, so you can use either one.

If anybody knows how to dezend and null this script I will be eternally thankful. I also have the Classifieds, Car Dealer, Movie site, News blog, personal site, rate my photo and Links directory scripts from these guys. If somebody can null this one, I will upload all of those too.

As a note;
When you say a script is "Nulled"
What exactly does that mean?

Sorry, but I've just never heard of this before.
Really could do with this, working with a friend right now to try and make some money;
starting a property portal website.

He's great php programmer.
If there are any problems in code, sure he can fix it.

Nulled means that all call home (a script that usually has a link to the owners server) has been deleted, and so in one way or another the owner doesn't know where is the script installed.

Scripts can have many ways to call home, be it some kind of registration, some link or other.

If you install a nonnulled script can be that some days latter you get an email from the owner as whats going on. With nulled scripts this cannot happen as it is impossible to find out what script is in use.
